You will firstly have two options on the reporting form for Report and Support. You may choose to report:
- With your contact details (so that we can contact you about your report)
- Anonymously (to alert us to something but you do not want to be named at this stage)
You then have to give us a description of what took place. Reports without a description may be delayed or not actioned.
If you have chosen to report with contact details, you will need to give us some details on how to contact you. If you are a student, please provide your Student ID number. If you are a member of staff, please provide us with your RESID from Business World.
If you have chosen to report anonymously, please note that if you submit your report without any means to contact you, we will assume you wish no further action with this report and I will be logged as information only, unless there are actions we can carry out within our policy without needing to contact you first. However, you may now opt to receive Two-Way messaging as part of your anonymous submission. This requires you to take note of your access code when making a report but it means we may communicate with you anonymously regarding the report.
